Ways to keep a healthy relationship

You know it's important for you to have a healthy relationship. You do not want your valuable time and energy in a toxic relationship or not mentioned waste. Do you want happiness, love and passion they want. What are some ways to help, there is a healthy relationship?

Before diving into my proposal, I just want to note that for all the things they need or want something specific to the individual. You know best what makes you happy and that will help you keep a healthy relationship.

Here are some ways to a healthy relationship, I would suggest are:

1) Make sure to tell your partner.

, The old saying of the words never hurt me ... not good. To say the wrong thing at the wrong time, your partner may have very negative effects on them and the relationship as well. While people often remain for granted you see is what you tell your partner if you have to maintain a happy and healthy as.

2) Save time for yourself outside the relationship.

Although it is great in certain circumstances, be part of a couple, there is something refreshing and healthy, but is your time. Time alone can not really easy to be yourself. It may be that goes out, do things with friends sans partner. It's the end, and is actually quite healthy. I do not want to be well suited as a couple.

3) Make sure your sex life.

Sex is definitely one party has a healthy relationship. There can be great fun, if no sex life at all, it would be. Do not overlook this aspect since it can have a significant effect on the rest of the equation. Even if you live a busy and hectic life, there's always time to do to make your sex life healthy and happy.

4) Stay away from prescriptive.

Oh, how can you be so annoying for the person cropped NIT. You can be whatever you want, constructive criticism or something in the order, but can be as meticulous and ... You may want to stop. There is no reason to point out the shortcomings of others, if the things I want to stay healthy and be happy
